Moved a house with one recently. It's simple: diesel, manual shift, basic radio. No cruise, no GPS, no frills. Idle is steady and the engine will pull if you plan shifts right. I got it up to about 40 mph, not fast but usable for short runs. Steering is loose so you have to stay alert. High miles so expect wear, but the truck did the job. Not for someone who wants modern comforts, but it works if you know what you're doing.

Been running an Isuzu NPR for about six months, ~30k km. Body is the main headache. Paint already peeling and rust spots from stones and around door seals. Dents on the front from road debris, lower lights and glass are fine though. Undercarriage and subframe show surface rust, needs attention. Interior is ok, seats adjust up/down and forward/back, but the floor mat has a hole and dirt gets pushed in. Washer bottle filler is awful to fill without a funnel. Fuel tank 140L gives me about 800 km on a fill, that's solid. Oil I haven't changed yet, planned at 10k/20k service but missed one. Warranty people said they will sort paint issues, so service response exists but paint still worrying. Drives fine overall but clutch feel is weak, pedal not great. No accidents on this truck. Mixed feelings - good for range and basic fit, but body corrosion so soon is a problem.

Had some runs with a '99 Isuzu NPR. It's straightforward and gets things done. The cabin is basic, functional if you don't expect bells and whistles. Acceleration isn't smooth, but it does the job when needed. The suspension has aged, making for a slightly bumpy ride on uneven surfaces. However, it's relatively dependable and seems to be fine for short hauls. The simplicity of controls is a bonus for non-techy drivers. Overall, there are areas for improvement, but it serves its purpose well enough.

I've been driving the Isuzu NPR for half a year now, got about 30,000 km on it. First thing that bugs me is rust. It started showing up around the body and especially by winter. Was really hoping the paint would hold better, but already got those ugly spots popping up. Even the underbody started getting rusty. Doors open and close fine though. The cab is alright, kinda basic but nothing's broken, just a few weird spots where dirt collects. That washer fluid tank? I have no idea who designed that filler neck, it's just a pain to fill without making a mess. Haven't had mechanical issues yet, engine runs fine and fuel economy is actually not bad, getting about 800 km outta the full tank. So, not perfect, but mostly does its job. Not impressed with the rust and small design quirks in the cab, but it rolls.

I spent a few weeks driving this truck in various settings and conditions. First off, the visibility is commendable. With a large windshield and adjustable side mirrors, it's easier to navigate urban environments. The cab design, including the 85-degree door opening, is practical. However, the interior could feel slightly cramped during long hours. The controls are intuitive, and maneuverability is excellent. Overall, solid truck, though it wouldn't hurt to have a tad more comfort enhancements for drivers.
